In a context of global optimization of their IS, our client, a national mutualist group,

looking for herSenior System Architect or Lead System Architect PEGA on a permanent contract.

 

The position is located at Kremlin-Bicètre (94) or Tours (37).

Reporting to the CDR Project Manager, particularly on Link-R (CRM) and/or DDP (Dematerialization of Processes [BPM]), 

the collaborator will be part of the PEGA expertise team within the PEGA Center of Excellence:  

Within the Center of Expertise:

 

  • Analyze the requirements expressed by the functional designers and carry out the ad hoc costings on the PEGA software package.

  • Realize the technical design of several projects (Link-R, DDP among others) in coherence with the principles of architecture in a concern of rationalization and optimization of the costs/times of implementation.

  • Develop and configure the PEGA solution from detailed technical specifications.

  • Accompany the recipe if necessary in order to optimize their recipe book.

 

Within the Center of Excellence:

 

  • Be able to challenge Service Center figures.

  • Contribute with the DA that the Service Centers respect the PEGA norms and standards.

  • Contribute to the validation of the technical design of Service Centers.

  • Perform POC on PEGA technology.

  • Write the various deliverables of the cycle in V or in AGILE mode with a clear formalism and respecting the standards of the Project kit and the standards/regulations of the group.

  • Establish a relationship of trust with functional designers and service centers.

  • Join a load plan in compliance with the commitments made to the businesses.

  • Produce a precise report to the head of the CDR team which will be based on a follow-up of the works objectified by a load plan.

  • Accompany the PEGA (SA) developers in their increase in skills of the tool.

Required profile

VYou are ideally a graduate of a Bac+3 to 5 level   in IT development and you have at least 5 years' experience, in particular on the PEGA tool. 

You have already understood complex information systems if possible in connection with the insurance and health professions.

You were able to demonstrate your ability to exploit the full potential of the tool to meet various business requirements.

You have the perspective and the ease necessary to address and support business contacts in order to collect and consolidate functional needs and provide the technical solutions best suited to the standards of the tool.

You have participated in  several Pega CRM or BPM projects as a technical designer or/and Pega director, or even a technical lead.

 

Your experience of CRM tools and the PEGA software package (SA or SSA certification on Pega V8), will allow you to be quickly operational on the job.

Your good level in database modeling (SQL) as well as your solid knowledge  in JAVA and webservices are real assets.

Reactive and adaptable, you have a cooperative, collaborative spirit while being versatile on your missions.
