Management of personal data

• ELPI is committed to guaranteeing the unconditional confidentiality of the data stored and we are raising awareness among our employees on this subject.

 

• ELPI only communicates a candidate's data (CV) with their consent (never without their knowledge, unless the CV has been made anonymous).

 

• ELPI never uses this data for any activity other than recruitment advice.

 

• ELPI implements IT security procedures to ensure that no unauthorized person has access to the stored data.

 

• The distribution of advertisements whose sole purpose is to constitute a database of candidates (without any real position to be filled) is prohibited.

 

• ELPI exercises its profession with respect for the fundamental rights of the human person, is respectful of private life and does not practice any principle of discrimination, on the basis of the list established by the legislator. In particular, ELPI prohibits the collection of information such as: date of entry into France, date of naturalization, state of health, political opinion, etc.

 

• ELPI authorizes the retention of the contact details of the persons cited as references by our candidates in the name of legitimate interest, but guarantees their confidentiality and limited use.

Processing of personal data

The company ELPI  complies with the obligations resulting from law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 amended on August 6, 2004, known as the "Informatique et Libertés" law, as well as the European Regulation for the Protection of data.

Processing is implemented on our site for the purpose of allowing:   to contact us by form and to respond to you in optimal conditions;

management of applications (candidate account, unsolicited applications);

periodically sending our newsletter to subscribers;

the development of statistics relating to the frequentation of the site;

The data processed as part of the management of applications  cannot be kept for more than 3 years after the last contact from you or in the context of your opposition.
The data submitted via the contact form will be destroyed after 1 year.

Statistical cookies are not kept for more than 14 months.
