Our client, a service and IT engineering group, specializing in the Banking - Finance and Insurance sector, has been supporting its clients in their development for more than 15 years.

 

With steady and controlled growth, it currently has more than 450 employees. 

 

As part of the development of their activity in France, we are looking for a Business Manager IT (M/F), on a permanent contract.

Reporting to the management of your Business Unit, your mission will be to:

 

• Acquire new markets/customers in line with our offers.

 

• Respond to calls for tenders (steering, drafting, etc.) and develop commercial proposals.

​

• Contribute to the proliferation of current customers in collaboration with our account managers.

 

• Participate in recruitment interviews

​

• Interact with the different teams (clients and collaborators) in order to contribute to the success of the missions and the development of the collaborators within the company.

 

• Manage the consultants deployed to your customers

​

• The progressive management of one or two business developers

​

Required profile

​

​

With a minimum Bac+3 training, you benefit from a successful commercial experience of at least 3 years in ESN (SSII), software publishers or consulting firm and have a strong taste for conquering new markets.

 

You have a real taste for teamwork and are endowed with a very good capacity for analysis and synthesis.

 

Your interpersonal skills and your keen sense of customer service will make the difference.

 

A good understanding of the challenges of new technologies and computer practices is necessary.

• Remuneration: 40 - 50 K€ (fixed excluding uncapped variables) according to profile
