Prospect Research Manager
and
Donor relations (M/F)

About the position

Our client is a recognized foundation of excellence in the field of higher education, in France and internationally.


In search of new talent, its general management is recruiting its future Prospect Research and Donor Relations Manager  (M/F), on a permanent contract.

This position is based at the Foundation's headquarters, located in Gif sur Yvette (91).
 


Attached to the Foundation's General Management, the challenge of this position is to identify new prospects, update information in the database (CRM) and monitor the relationship with donors once the donation has been made.

 

Duties:

Search prospects 

  • Identification and qualification of new targets for active prospecting in France and abroad

  • Enrichment, qualification and scoring of prospects

  • Management of prospecting meetings in conjunction with the Foundation team, the Corporate Relations and Entrepreneurship Department

  • Donor relations

  • Management of donations and tax receipts

  • Follow-up of donor requests

  • Financial reporting of sponsorship activity

  • Development of Microsoft's CRM Dynamics with a view to digitizing collection: marketing automation, management of customer journeys and improvement of the user experience

  • Realization of extractions according to the needs of the team: specific requests, segmentation for calls for donations and events, management of imported data

  • Ensure the maintenance of the CRM: update of the database, management of the repositories, guarantee the quality of the data

Required profile

You present a strong interest by the associative world, the not-for-profit sector. Of a committed and altruistic nature, you want to give more meaning to your job.

You hold at least 2 years minimum in a similar function.

Level of training: Bac + 5 

 

​-   Mastery of On and Off Line Marketing techniques and required database tools

-  Qualities: autonomy, responsiveness, adaptability, creativity, sense of organization, rigor and attention to detail, very good interpersonal and editorial skills, ease with numbers.
