Benefiting from strong growth in 2020-2021, it is looking for their future Recruitment and Employer Brand Development Officer (M/F°, on permanent contracts.

 

​ The position is located at the group's headquarters, in Paris 8th (75).

Your Assignments

Within the HR department and attached to the Recruitment Manager and the President of our company, you will be involved in different types of missions:

•      _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-58d_bad5 Collaboration with the CEO and the sales consultants.

•        Sourcing des candidats, à l'aide de différents jobboards, réseaux sociaux and internal tools.

•           _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5 Contact and qualification engineer Candidates and qualifications Baccalaureate5 + profiles .

•         _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d

•         in a standard CR_format.

Development of the Employer Brand, the Work-Study division and the Onboarding of employees

•        Participation à des forums étudiants, Salon IT & Ingénierie et/ou événements HR.

•        Marque employeur  (participation à l organization of internal and external events)

Required profile

Your profile: MOTIV-É!

 

·       3 to 5 years successful experience in recruitment (recruitment/consulting/ESN firm)

·       IMPERATIVE experience in the recruitment of IT engineer profiles / IT sector_cc781905-54 136bad5cf58d_

·       Team spirit, demonstrate dynamism and autonomy

·       Passionate about recruitment and persevering.

      Interpersonal skills and good analytical skills in order to identify, motivate and select the best profiles .

You come from a Bac+5 training (school  de rh, business school, master's degree in rh or equivalent).
