Our client is a distinguished foundation in the field of medical research.

Recognized as being of public utility, its various research projects contribute to major advances in scientific and medical research, in France and in Europe.

In search of new talent, its marketing department is recruiting its future Marketing Project Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract.

This position is based at the Foundation's headquarters, located in Ile de France, in Villejuif (94).



Your tasks:

- Participate in the development of fundraising through the operational implementation of 360° campaigns to recruit and retain donors.

  • Participate in the design of prospecting and loyalty campaigns: print, telephone and digital marketing (event sites, emails, Facebook posts, Twitter, etc.) in conjunction with the agencies.

  • Follow up on the design and drafting of off and online messages with the marketing agency.

  • Ensure the interface with the internal services to build and deploy the offers, in particular in connection with the Scientific Department and the Communication and Information Department.

  • Define the targeting of each campaign in conjunction with the agency and the CRM-Data Analyst project manager.

  • Ensure the follow-up of the validation circuits: texts, models up to the proof.

  • Transmit the elements to the person in charge of monitoring print production.

  • Write content from time to time: donor journal, posts, rewriting of texts on different messages.

  • Write telephone scripts and brief teleactors.

  • Ensure the link with the web project manager: animation of social networks for each campaign, optimization of traffic, monitoring of online promotion plans with service providers.

  • Manage print, digital and telephone schedules.

  • Follow quotes.

 

More specifically in terms of prospecting:

  • Implement the paper prospecting plan: development of the file plan, management of exchanges, analysis and use of scores, etc.

  • Ensure the link with file exchange service providers.

Transversal missions:

 

  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze results in conjunction with the agency and the CRM-Data Analyst project manager.

  • Contribute to team reflection on the continuous improvement of campaigns.

  • Ensure regular monitoring in terms of marketing and in the charitable sector.

Required profile

You have a strong interest in the associative world, the non-profit sector and particularly the field of health or science.

You have at least 10 years minimum in fundraising (in an agency or organization) or in a 360° marketing function in the commercial or non-profit sector, with a strong customer culture.

You have a higher education in marketing (Business School or equivalent) and you have a perfect command of direct marketing tools and, if possible, fundraising.

You have excellent writing and analytical skills.

Knowledge of the Adobe Campaign CRM tool is a plus.

Good communicator, you appreciate teamwork and like sharing ideas.

You are autonomous, versatile, rigorous and organized.
