In a context of global optimization of their IS, our client, a national mutualist group, is looking for its PEGA Project Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract.
The position is located in the Val de Marne (94) with occasional trips to Tours (37).
Your Assignments

Assist the manager in the organization of his team
-
Be able to replace the team leader, in particular on Link-R or DDP, during his leave

Analyze the needs expressed by the businesses and carry out ad hoc costings

Manage several projects on Link-R or DDP

Know how to build and follow a load plan in compliance with the commitments made to the businesses

The production of a precise report to the head of the CDR team which will be based on a precise follow-up of the work objectified by a workload plan.

Be the guarantor and/or Write the various deliverables of the V cycle or in AGILE mode with a clear formalism and respecting the standards of the Project kit and the standards/regulations of the group

Be able to challenge the Service Center's figures on the PEGA software package (Link-R & DDP)

Know how to manage the activity of a service center and/or a package service

Establish a relationship of trust with the trades
Required profile
Bac+4 level, you have a minimum of 7 years' experience where you have been able to acquire knowledge of the insurance professions as well as MOE skills (regardless of the programming language and database modeling).
You are able to supervise employees and you know the information system in the insurance or mutuality environment (or other equivalent complex IS).
Your good level in SQL and the PEGA software package will quickly promote your adaptation to the position.
Autonomous and adaptable, you have a sense of service and like teamwork.
Finally, you like to manage and increase the skills of your teams, with benevolence and always in search of excellence.
