SMART CPQ Application Manager (M/F)
About the position
Our client, a national player and leader in the insurance sector, is looking to strengthen its IT Department, a Smart CPQ Application Project Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract.
Integrated within the department whose scope covers IT tools related to sales, marketing and member relationship support solutions, your missions will be as follows:
You will lead a team of 7 people from the framing to contribute to feasibility and impact studies, design, production and functional acceptance of new offers and functionalities (project or maintenance mode).
As such,
• You prepare and animate follow-up committees with the trades, the estimation and the follow-up of the expenses, the planning and the follow-up of the works induced by the projects and the evolutions, the co-construction of the roadmap in strong link with the other DSI teams.
• You support businesses in expressing their needs relating to the sales support tool (new offers, activation of new features available in version 11 of Smart CPQ, regulatory changes, etc.) and support for the team in charge of business relations in the needs emergence phase.
• You ensure the design of functional solutions consistent with the principles of architecture with a view to rationalization and optimization of costs/implementation times.
• You plan and follow the development/configuration work of the Smart CPQ software package and the JAVA interface
• You ensure the functional acceptance of projects/evolutions/corrections in an omnichannel logic.
• You produce a precise report to the project manager/area manager who will be based on precise monitoring of the work objectified by a workload plan.
• You bring your expertise and support to users on network feedback.
Required profile
With a Bac+5 training, you have significant professional experience of more than 5 years in the provident and/or health insurance sector where you have been able to demonstrate your ability to manage various IT projects independently.
You have a technical mastery of sales support tools which allows you to be relevant in impact analyzes and the appropriate orchestration of the work of your employees.
You have the perspective and the ease necessary to address and support your business contacts to collect and consolidate functional needs and support more technical profiles in the appropriation of the expected solutions.
Skills and knowledges :
• Good general knowledge of the insurance business
• Confirmed project management skills on agile methods and V cycle
• Significant experience on front-end tools, more specifically on the Smart CPQ sales tool
• Very good interpersonal skills and strength of proposal to offer innovative solutions within a framework constrained by costs and deadlines
• Experience in operational team management desired
