About the position

In a context of strong development of their activity, our client, a national multi-brand automotive distribution group, is looking for its Group Digital Marketing and 360° Marketing Director (M/F) on a permanent contract.

 

The position is located at the group's headquarters (93) but occasional trips will be expected in the region.

 

Attached to the General Management of the group and in accordance with its orientations: Definition of the group digital marketing strategy:

 

  • You develop the plan and budget for the marketing operations to be carried out for the Group and for each site management: digital marketing, marketing mix, media and social networks, in line with the group's general strategy.

  • Guarantor of the digital strategy, you develop an efficient Digital division within the group.

  • You advise, support and supervise all the actors of our group on digital (Site directors, IS Director, HR, Accountant, Commerce, APV, marketing manager, sales manager, after-sales manager, etc.)

  • In connection with the IS department, you manage web projects (mainly the modernization of websites, and the implementation of CRM): coordination of the implementation of solutions with service providers in compliance with quality, deadlines and budgets.

  • You follow the internet traffic of the sites (reporting and dashboards) and ensure its optimization. You manage webmarketing and e-marketing actions and levers (SEO, SEM, partnerships, emailing, etc.) to develop and strengthen the group's business activity and increase the visibility of products on all digital platforms (promotional sales, new products, promotional of a new range of vehicles…).

  • You will be responsible for the successful completion of online marketing campaigns implemented by your team.

  • Always at the forefront, you maintain a technological watch and anticipate developments (innovations related to the automotive distribution sector, etc.)

  • To carry out these missions, you will supervise a team of 6 people, including 2 in direct management (group headquarters) and 4 in transversal in the Aquitaine region.

Required profile

With a higher education (Bac+4/5) in communication/marketing, you have a minimum of 7 years' experience in the 360° Marketing Department or in a 360° Marketing consulting firm in a similar position.

 

You come from the automotive distribution sector or the automotive sector. 360° marketing and digital 2.0 hold no secrets for you.

 

You know how to coordinate several projects at the same time and are very organized.

 

You have excellent interpersonal skills.

 

Born creative, you are always on the lookout for the latest innovations.

Salary: depending on the profile of the candidate
