About the position

Our client, a national multi-brand automotive distribution group, is looking for its Human Resources Director (M/F) on a permanent contract.

 

The position is located at the group's headquarters (93) but occasional trips will be expected in the IDF and Vienna region (86).

 

Attached to the General Management and the Codir, you are the guarantor of the management of the group's human resources strategy.

You provide advice, training and support to the various operational departments.

 

You are the privileged link between the General Management, the IRP and all the staff.
 

You manage the two human resources managers and their teams.

As such, your missions are as follows:

• Define and managing the group's recruitment policy

​

• Develop the skills management

​

• Manage the relationship with employee representative bodies

​

• Set up and monitor legal and disciplinary procedures, manage the interface with lawyers on litigation cases

​

• Ensure budget management of payroll and set up monitoring indicators 

​

Required profile

​

You hold a Master II HR, you have successful experience in the function, in the automotive distribution sector.
 

A true woman or man in the field, you are pragmatic and endowed with a good capacity for anticipation.

 

VOur relational and pedagogical qualities are well established.

 

You also know how to be a source of proposals, convince and support teams in the context of change management.

Frequent trips are to be expected on the Ile de France and in the Vienne.
