About the position
Our client is an audiovisual group in France, expert in technical event services for more than 17 years.
In search of new talent, its general management is recruiting its future Office Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract.
This position is based at the group's headquarters, located in Ile de France, in Longjumeau (91).
Your mission :
Reporting to the President and Founder, your main missions will be as follows:
• Office management (ordering supplies, managing general services)
• Reception, reception of visitors, organization of meetings,
• Onboarding and offboarding of employees,
• Organization of internal events,
• Management and updating of service provider contracts
• Interface, relationship and negotiation with the various service providers
• Follow-up of insurance files, rental leases, follow-up of commercial contracts (proofreading, formatting, etc.)
• Support to the sales and marketing teams: follow-up and formatting of tender documents, formatting and proofreading of commercial contracts...
This list of tasks is not exhaustive.
Required profile
You ideally come from a Bac +3, bachelor's or even master's degree in HR or legal education and/or you have a professional experience of at least 2 years in a similar position or in a versatile assistantship .
You are attracted to the audiovisual/event sector and have excellent interpersonal skills.
Your sense of service, your rigor and your professional presentation are your strengths.
You are benevolent towards your collaborators, have a sense of anticipation and a great reactivity.
You have editorial and organizational skills as well as a great sense of priorities.
Knowledge of legal, contract and insurance law is a plus.
Reactive (ve) and available, you have a collaborative, altruistic spirit and a great resistance to stress.
