About the position

​

In a context of global optimization of their IS, our client, a national mutualist group, is looking for its Parameter Activ'Infinite (M/F) on a permanent contract.

​

 

You will be integrated into the IS Health Department of a hundred people, dedicated to back office tools.

​

The position is located in Kremlin-Bicêtre.

​

​

Your Assignments

​

You analyze new business and tenders:

​

• Study in advance of the call for tenders phase on the feasibility of the configuration (products and services),

• Study of new business taken out for configuration design (products and services),

​

You analyze the tables of guarantees:

​

• Analysis of warranty tables on new business,

• Analysis of the guarantee tables in connection with regulatory changes and collective agreements,

​

You configure the products and guarantees:

​

• Product settings,

• Parameterization of health and provident guarantees,

• Parameterization of regulatory and conventional developments.

​

You set up collective pension contracts:

​

• Management of tailor-made collective contracts,

• Management of standard collective contracts,

​

You configure the payment rules for benefits:

​

• Management of services associated with tailor-made collective contracts,

• Management of services associated with standard collective contracts,

​

You monitor, report and control the activity:

• Inform the Management and the teams concerned of the progress of the activity within the framework of the MCO or the projects,

• Provide management information to operational teams,

• Write and document the new data entry instructions,

• Manage alerts and risks.

You set up and formalize the process of the activity:

• Formalize the product configuration process,

• Formalize the warranty setting process,

​

You ensure the receipt of the configuration of products and services:

​

• Formalize the test cases,

• make the recipe,

• Deal with anomalies in a standardized process,

• Validate the receipt with issuance of a report,

• Know how to manage different environments, and ensure the propagation of settings to the Production environment.

 

You support the skills development of the DSI or Business teams.

Required profile

With a minimum of Bac + 3 training, you have knowledge of the health and provident insurance professions, including the ability to analyze a product sheet and/or a health and provident guarantee table.

​

A good knowledge of the Activ'Infinite software package in its version 8 on all modules, and with expertise in one of the areas is desirable.

​

You have knowledge of the specific modules: Collective Easy on the configuration of offers and products.

In health, on the configuration of benefits with the Summary of Benefits.

​

Finally, knowledge of the JIRA and ALM tool would be appreciated

​

Autonomous, versatile, you are able to manage several subjects in parallel and work in a team.
