Human Resources Manager (M/F)



About the position

Our client is a key player in the food retail industry.

For one of its stores located in Paris 20th, it is looking for its Human Resources Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract.


The position is located in the administrative offices of the store (Paris 20).

Attached (e) to the member and in collaboration with the store manager, you are the guarantor of the piloting of the human resources management of the site.

As such, your missions are as follows:  

  • Make the interface between the member management, the store and the social and fiscal representations

  • Manage staff entry and exit 

  • You are responsible for the proper application of the collective agreement and personnel administration operations (Employment contracts, endorsements, salary processing, STC, AED, etc.)


  • You establish the payslips of the employees and proceed to the payments of the wages until the social declarations (DSN)


  • You manage the files related to the training

  • You set up and follow the legal and disciplinary procedures, manage the interface with the lawyers on the litigious files

  • You provide advice to managers and management on employee management (recruitment, disciplinary procedures, etc.)


  • You develop all the social dashboards to monitor staff activity: absenteeism,   budgetary management of the payroll and monitoring of indicators, leave, _cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ accident at work…)

  • You animate and prepare the meetings for the CSE, the IRP...

Required profile

You hold a Master II HRM, you have a successful experience of at least 5-7 years   in an operational HR Manager position, in the retail sector and/or Restoration.


A true woman or man in the field, you are dynamic, pragmatic and endowed with a good capacity for anticipation.

Rigor and organization are qualities that characterize you.


You master the management of payroll and personnel administration.


You have a good practice of payroll management software (especially CEGID) and are comfortable in

establishment of the DSN


You know   the procedures for quality hygiene, safety, and employee reception.


Salary: depending on the profile of the candidate
