About the position
Our client is un French group, leader in the automatic distribution of sporting goods market.
For 20 years, it has been developing its notoriety and its presence on the French market and duplicating its business model in Europe, in more than 5 countries.
As part of its growth and in order to respond to an ambitious development plan, it is actively looking for its future Human Resources Manager (M/F), on a permanent contract.
Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Manager of the group, you will be responsible for the implementation of the group's HR policy.
The position is located at the group's headquarters, in Vitry sur Seine (94).
Your Assignments

Guarantee the reliability of the Group's social data

Oversee monthly and annual payroll items:
Ensure that the payslips issued each month by the Group are compliant and that they represent a faithful image of the payroll variable elements transmitted each month by each Country Manager or support function department manager;
Ensure, in collaboration with the RAF, that the procedures in place allow exhaustive and reliable collection of payroll variable elements;
In close collaboration with local accounting firms, manage the Group's relations with the various social organizations specific to each country in which the Group is established.
Ensure that social deadlines are met and that social debts are liquidated within the time limits set;

Build, document and update the Group's training plan on a quarterly basis

In collaboration with all Group Managers (Country Manager + Head of Support Functions):

Document key processes with written documents, photos, videos in order to create a solid foundation of Knowledge Management in French and English;
Update this database on a quarterly basis according to the evolution of the tools and/or methods used.
Build a unique and personalized training course for each Group function
Facilitate relations with training organizations and ensure that funding for training programs for Group employees is optimized.

Set up the Provisional Management of Jobs and Skills / Evaluations (GPEC):
Build, update and manage a forward-looking jobs and skills management tool for all of the Group's legal entities under the responsibility of the RAF;
Guarantee the monthly update of the organization chart for all the Group's legal entities;
Be the leader of the recruitment process and the process of integrating new recruits into the Group.

In collaboration with the communication manager:
Ensure the Group's HR communication, both internally and externally;
Contribute to the promotion and development of the Group's employer brand, particularly with Grandes Ecoles and pre or post baccalaureate training organizations (BEP, Bac pro, BTS, license);
In close collaboration with the President, set up meetings and animate the Social and Economic Council
Required profile
Prerequisites:

Graduated with a BAC +3/5 level in HR

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position (ideally within an SME)

Excellent writing skills in French and English;

Perfect mastery of IT tools (MS Pack Office) and information systems

Fluent English (read, written, spoken)

Spanish would be a plus
