Our client is a distinguished foundation in the field of medical research.

 

Recognized as being of public utility, its various research projects contribute to major advances in scientific and medical research, in France and in Europe.

​

In search of new talent, its communication department is recruiting its future Event Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract.

​

This position is based at the Foundation's headquarters, located in Ile de France, in Villejuif (94).

​

Your mission: Bring your expertise and contribute to the definition of the Foundation's event communication policy.

​

Reporting to the Director of Communication and Information, you will be in charge of:

​

Implement the events policy and its operational application on the various current and future formats: sporting events, fundraising gala, meetings with donors, online events, sponsorship, scientific events, conferences, trade fairs, etc.

​

Ensure the link and the good coordination with the various services of the Foundation: role of advice and proposal of systems according to the identified needs, operational variation, evaluation...

​

Perform the selection of service providers according to the internal procedures in force and ensure their management.

​

Ensure the link and good coordination with the various internal and external stakeholders of the communication department for the deployment of event systems.

​

Report on the action of his department to the director of communication and information.

​

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and budget.

​

Ensure a permanent watch in terms of event communication, of the non-profit sector.

​

You will supervise and develop the skills of an event communication officer.

​

Required profile

​

You present a strong interest by the associative world, the not-for-profit sector. Of a committed and altruistic nature, you want to give more meaning to your job.

​

You are ideally a graduate of a Bac+4/5 level training in communication/marketing and you have at least 6 years' experience in a similar position, in the management of event projects, in a communication agency or in the non-profit sector. 

​

You have good interpersonal skills and a sense of leadership that you have already demonstrated through the direct and/or cross-functional supervision of various collaborators and service providers.

​

A true expert in events, you have already organized and coordinated various events: Gala in a prestigious setting, regional/national conferences, sporting events of local and national scope, evening/Forum or institutional meeting...

​

The management and framing of a budget linked to the creation of an event, whatever its format, has no secrets for you.

You have a mastery of digital communication tools.

​

You have organizational and adaptation skills and a great sense of priorities.

​

Reactive (ve) and available, you have a collaborative, altruistic spirit and a great resistance to stress.

​
